I went to get the interior of my Mazda 2 Hatchback cleaned. On the phone, I was given a quote of $90. The detailer (Mike) kept raising the price after quoting at $90. When I returned, my car was still extremely dirty on the inside and the seats were still soaking wet. There was still lots of dog fur and dirt on the floor mats. He left dirty suds splattered on the gear shift and center console. I made three separate trips back to the business to pick up the car because he told me it would be ready, so I wasted more of my time and gas doing that. He told me the new price was $125 and that I had to pay in full, and that he only accepted cash which I do not believe to be true. This is how he got me to pay in cash. He called me after I had dropped it off to see if I could "come back and remove the seats for him." Because I wasn't able to go back, he did not remove the seats or clean them but merely wiped the tops down and left them wet. So, I paid for seat-cleaning that never happened. I paid for shampooing and that didn't happen either. I basically paid $125 to have someone vacuum my car, something I could have done myself.
