My tax representative of 3 years contacted me to inform me that I was going to be audited by irs and it was benificial for us to buy the audit protection it went from $180 then turned into us sending her $1919 and we never received any documents or proof for what we paid for. We didn’t sign anything or receive any type of service from her. I have asked for documents plenty of times and we sent $200 to get them shipped priority over night and we still have yet to receive anything. Now we are down almost $2000 with nothing to show for.
