They offered a product that I purchased off their website, but I never received the product or my money back. Many failed attempts to contact them but no response. The phone number rings once & than has a busy tone. And the call fails. I've emailed them several times & it comes bank undeliverable

I ordered hair clips on October 12,2023. I havent received any tracking information so I emailed them. Was told about a payment gateway issue so order didnt go thru. No money was debited from the card, and that theyll notify me as soon as it is resloved. Ive been emailing them and I get the same resoponse. No updated information. I emailed 4 times. Now I cancelled the order. They never bothered to email me any updates. I figure 5 days should of been plenty of time to notify a customer of any updates. I always had to email them, they never emailed me.

I checked ScamPulse.com rating on this company before I ordered and it was an A. I placed a $25 dollars online for some make up. Did not hear from them for a month I contacted them via email and they said that they had an error on their website. Their phone number did not work was always busy. After about a month I ended up with a $412 charge from The Confidante Hyatt in Florida on my credit card. The credit card company notified us if we had made that charge or not being we live in California and we said no we did not make that charge. The credit card company did not hold us responsible for the money and they are still investigating. I have not done business with anyone in or around Florida ever so I assume this company was a fraud as I just read from another person post. I’m glad to see the companies name was taken down off of the web. I canceled my credit card so no additional charges made. The company has my email, address and name. I’m hoping nothing else will happen

I made a purchase on 6/10/23 from ladysdreams.com but my card was not charged for the order, nor was my order ever sent. Apparently these are scammers who want buyer's card information because noone ever replied to my email inquiry. On 7/10/23 a fraudent debit card purchase was declined for $414.64 for Giordanos of Matteson. PLEASE REMOVE AND BLOCK THIS SCAMMER WEBSITE BEFORE OTHER PEOPLE ARE SCAMMED! CHECK OUT THIS STORE'S REVIEWS, AS MANY PEOPLE HAVE ALREADY BEEN SCAMMED. UNFORTUNATELY, THE WEBSITE STILL REMAINS FUNCTIONAL TO THIS DAY!
