Ladibeauty via Facebook Product Ad. TOTAL SCAM!

On 28th July 2021 I ordered an Overbed Table from a Facebook Product Ad.
One that goes across the whole bed and is on Wheels for £39.99
Payment taken through PayPal to an email: [email protected]
AND I NEVER RECEIVED IT!
NO ANSWERS TO MESSAGES!

I purchased a handbag for $34.98 and received a crappy $10 tiny bag. I sent numerous emails but never received a response.

I have never been a victim of scam and this experience taught me never to purchase items other than from Target or Amazon.

I placed an order on March 26th and it's June. I still have not received an order or any update. I spent nearly $60. I'm reading all these reviews and see many people were scammed. Lesson learned

SCAM company! Bought an outdoor umbrella for $49.99. Amazing that most of the stuff they sell is $49.99? USPS tracking said it was delivered while I was at home. Never received it. Called the post office with the tracking number they sent and they said that matched someone else and was a different address not mine. I sent numerous emails ([email protected]) to their site and received NO response. My PayPal account said the payment went to Kaneka Morris. Called PayPal numerous times and they said they’d review my case. This morning I received a denial from PayPal because the item was delivered. I am appealing this with PayPal now. Complete BS!
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM LADIBEAUTY you’ll lose your money and you won’t receive anything.

Update 5-7-21. Called and spoke to another customer representative at PayPal, Rox very helpful and professional I may add, who reopened the case and gave me a full refund. Kudos to PayPal! Been with PayPal since 2007 and never had any issue like this. Please beware of Ladibeauty!
