Ordered sneakers from the website 5/29/2023. Discounted (almost too good to be true) but the site states they use returned or unsold items from Amazon. Received initial order number and anticipated date of delivery when purchase completed. Had not received product within anticipated time frame-so I reached out via the [email protected] email on 6/10/2023. 6/11/2023I received a reply from someone calling themselves Rachel stating there was a problem with their system and the tracking number of the shipment could not be synchronized with my order number. They were happy to contact the warehouse to check on the status of my order and a tracking number would be provided to me within 3 business days.

6/14/2023 sent email to [email protected] asking for an update on the tracking number and information regarding my order. Received a reply with a tracking number and a link to check the status.

Tracking number provided: 92001901755477300237347110 which stated the package had been delivered to Van Nuys CA 91401.

I reached out to [email protected] once again to let them know the package had not been left in my mailbox (5 pair of sneakers is hard to cram into a mailbox) and it was not at my home.

Rachel at fanybag.com was insistent that the package was delivered and ask me to speak with my neighbors to see if they had gotten the package by mistake.

6/15/2023: I call the USPS to start a claim for the missing package and was told by the USPS the package had been delivered but not to my address that the company must have given me the wrong tracking number.

I am convinced this company is a fraud. My husband also ordered sneakers on 5/29/2023 and he has not received. He emailed the company last evening asking for an update.

My son ordered from the company approximately 1 week after I placed my order and his sneakers have not arrived either. I have encouraged him to reach out to the company as well.

It is not the money that I am concerned about it is the fact that individuals are able to set up these fraudulent companies and take advantage of others. This needs to stop
