If I could give zero reviews I would. I paid over $200 for a human hair wig. It arrived and it was so patchy you could see the cap in many places. It was awful. I reached out to the seller who told me to go and order and Pay For the wig again then return the bad one for a refund. They told me to lie on the customs form and put “synthetic wig” worth $20 or less. I then opened a PayPal case. I immediately got a shipping confirmation from lacewings.com for another wig BUT the tracking number was exactly the same as the first shipment! They were probably trying to run out the clock wit PayPal so I wouldn’t be able to escalate. I did escalate immediately.The seller responded to the paypal escalation by offering a full refund if I returned the wig. There was no way to disagree with this on the dispute form so I went to PayPal chat and left a message asking for an agent to please look at my case as I provided a screenshot of the sellers email asking me to lie on a customs form along with the awful pictures. Less than an hour later paypal ruled in my favor,gave me a full refund an said I didn’t have to return anything.

The product is shipped from China. I bought what was supposed to be a human hair wig, but received a synthetic one that was a weird colour. I don't believe this is a legit company. I received a FedEx bill for duty. There is no mention on their website that they ship from China. It took weeks to arrive and when I returned it, they said they didn't receive it. I am out about $200. It cost $30 US to mail back the wig. The quality of the wig was a joke. There are similar posts on the internet about this company. I'm sorry I didn't notice them prior to ordering from them. I have cancer, so I was looking for something decent to wear during chemo. What a disappointment. I trusted this company because I thought they shipped from Canada.
