After receiving this in the mail, I assumed it was valid. I don't know which company I recieved this same request from initially when we started our business, but I did pay the first. I was told I was required by Federal Law to post a current compliant labor law poster. I needed to have it posted. This time, I wanted to verify this was legitimate. I posted the name of the company on line and the first thing to pop up was the ScamPulse.com scam information. At the bottom of the fine print in bold it says "This service has not been approved or endorsed by any government agency. EAS Services is a NON government agency. Individual panels are available free of charge to be requested by any agent of the corporation from Secretary of State website." I have NO CLUE what this is even talking about. Long story short, there is also a QR code that you can scan and pay with. I scanned it and whatever it was supposed to direct me to was not working. Also there was no phone number to call.
