My #1 problem is another angeny is giving infomation about my business to scammer. but the mail looks like a bill for employee state and fed rules. It was mailed to my mother in law and she almost paid it. The mailer is asking for my card infomation.

Scam Mail stated that I needed to pay $94 for workplace labor law posters or I could be fined $17,000 by the government. I am an LLC with no employees... There is no physical address, no website, no phone number to contact them with, just one very long email address. The letter states about 6 times that the government will fine me if I don't pay immediately.

The company sends a letter mocked up to look like a ticket / fee mailing from a government organization. The mailing asks for $94 (a preposterous amount) to put business owners in "compliance" with labor laws. It is very misleading and created to mislead into believing that the document is an official government ticket. It seems created to defraud small business owners
