Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
This letter was declaring that in the state of California, if you have employers you need to have labor laws in your workplace posted and failure to do so will result in fines of $17,000. The letter also claimed that the labor laws have been revised and the new poster is required by law to be displayed. This letter also states in caps that: THIS PRODUCT OR SERVICE HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED OR ENDORSED BY ANY GOVERNMENT AGENCY, AND THIS OFFER IS NOT BEING MADE BY AN AGENCY OF THE GOVERNMENT.
The letter displayed a processing fee of $298.00 that I need to pay to this P.O Box address below

There is no phone number listed.
Now with that being said, I have been scammed before, and I look into to everything before I trust anything, Thank God I am that way, because this is a SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.
1. I don’t have employees,
2. although this information is correct for business with employees in California, this Information will come from a a government entity, as anything to do with labor law for your state is official government business.
I was glad to be able to come on the ScamPulse.com site and look this fraudulent company up only to see unfortunate news of other people being scammed by these people and having sent a check to them with no response or anyone to get in contact with.
WARNING:: This is a fake business and these people are posing as a labor department in california, finding people who have started a new business and scamming them out of there money. Hopefully you find this information first, and are not victimized by these thief’s.
I will provided a picture of the FAKE NOTICE/INVOICE below in hopes that I help someone else identify this scam, if they are moments away from sending there money to these people but having second thoughts. Stay with your second mind this is definitely a SCAM.
