I purchased an air pump on Feb 27th, 2020. Today it's Apr 20th, 2020 and I still have not received the pump. I requested updates several times. No answers. LA Saver is a scam. Don't waste your money. Don't buy from these liars.

Folks stay away from this outfit , they are a scam. On Feb. 16th 2020 I ordered a pump from LA Saver. I waited for a couple of weeks ( fast delivery was advertised) before I tried to contact LA Saver. They told me the product was on it's way. Two weeks later I tried to contact them again. This time I could not get anyone from LA Saver to answer my emails or phone calls. To this date ,April 20th 2020 I have not received the product ordered and I have not had any communication from LA Saver.I would like to either get the product ordered or my money back.

I ordered a product from LA Saver (thinking they were in LA) back in early March. They immediately charged me for the product, $95. Then, I received emails stating that shipping was delayed. I responded by stating I wanted to cancel my order. I received a response that it was ready to go, which I did not believe. They said it would ship and I could just return it. I was put out and replied, Are you going to pay for return shipping and if it is in your warehouse, I know you can stop it. I never heard a response and have since emailed numerous times requesting a refund and stated no one charges a credit card until the item is shipped. I have not received a refund, nor any responses. This company needs to be stopped and refunds given to all the customers they have scammed.

In Short: LA Saver sent me a broken product. I contacted them the day I received it, attached a picture of the broken product and requested a replacement. No response. So a week later I requested a refund. They responded with offering me a 15% discount on my next order and a $5 gift card. I refused and again requested a refund. They refused to refund my money despite their website guarantee. So I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. BBB was unable to get my money back as well. I do Not understand how this company is allowed to stay in business and ripe people off.

I purches a item from this company a month ago ..I kept email them about my item and they keep saying it's on the way..Its in California amazon is faster then that ..Im so disappointed rite know it's unbelievable..Im hoping. Do not buy from LA Saver it is a scam. I purchased two Thera Electric Massage Guns almost 4 weeks ago. I’ve followed up 10 times and gotten bizarre excuses why my order is delayed. Several times got no response. They’ve told me that my order “left the warehouse and it is now on process of shipping your order” guaranteeing i will get my order. Now i get some excuse that there is an issue because of the Coronavirus and they need my compassion now even though i ordered this well before the virus hit anywhere. They obviously have no plans to fulfill my order and hope that i give up.
