A company called LA Pura continues to call our home phone. They state we order over $200 in product from them in November 2021. They are saying the card was declined. The 4 digit ending number is not a card we have. They keep calling saying our account is escalated and they are going to continue to send product and charge us. They say I can't cancel. I don't let them get past this. They are trying to get a valid credit card number from us. They are very nasty and keep insisting product was delivered to our address. They have my boyfrieds name and our address. We have never heard of this company let alone ordered from them. The people that call are foreign. Not sure what. Heavy accents. If you call the number they leave on the message they can't tell you anything. They say they are a contact for lots of companies and they want you to give them all kinds of information. This company needs to be stopped. They are harassing my household on a regular basis.

I have been trying for months to cancel an ongoing "free trial" subscription with this company. When you call you are placed on hold immediately, eventually you are given the option to "press 1 for a call back", when you press 1 the voice says, "thank you, we look forward to speaking with you" and the line goes dead, no verification of my phone number or timeframe to expect a call back (they have never called back.) I tried emailing the address on my order form, [email protected], I received a confirmation to my email but then received another email that read, [email protected]

I did a survey because it said it would give me $100 in free products. I only had to pay $3.97 for shipping. I received some crappy products that are listed for only $8.99 and $9.99 each. Then their company began taking money out of my account. They took $84.37, $88.34, $88.46, and $93.43. When I called their "customer service" at 888-973-0765 and after being on hold for 20 minutes, the "customer service agent" asked for my phone number, and when I told him that I wasn't comfortable giving him my phone number under the circumstances because they had stolen my information and had made false charges, he pretended to not be able to hear me, and I could hear him perfectly well. I ended up hanging up because he wouldn't respond except to lie and say that he couldn't hear me.
