I purchased an item from la perry paid extra for priority shipping the item was to be sent to me in 7-14 business days and the item did not arrive when i contacted the website no one was available to assist me not an live agent which they offer i left a message i sent them several emails, to only receive an automated email in return that said i would be contacted asap, and that all orders would be shipping out in 14-30 business days when i paid for priority shipping which they offered they stole my money and no is getting in contact with me when you call there customer service line it tells you to leave a voicemail cause there are no support agents to help you
