This transaction began Aug. 9, 2020 with an instagram conversation about stocks with Kyle Dennis. Before any business was conducted Kyle was asked what were his fees for trading and he stated 5% and the trading would take place for 14 days. We started conducting business. During that time Kyle Dennis suggested that the account needed to have been funded to maximize my trades and that was done. I next asked Kyle Dennis about receiving funds and he later stated that I would have to pay a withdrawal fee (which was never mentioned). This fee was paid. A day later Kyle Dennis texted me back and stated that I needed to pay the taxes on the trades. I reminded him that he told me all I had to do was to pay the withdrawal fee. Kyle stated that this wasn’t his fault and it needed to be done in order to receive funds. (This wasn’t mentioned to me either). I asked Kyle after the taxes were paid would I be able to receive the money and he said yes. I paid the taxes and texted Kyle back that this was done. Please note that all transactions were paid through bitcoin who mark up 15% on what is paid which was not noted to me. So I had to pay extra funds to make the balance correct. I received an email from [email protected] stating that my trade session was at an end and a dollar amount was given for me to receive. BUT in order to receive my funds I had to pay 10% before I could receive my funds. I messaged Kyle Dennis and reminded him that he stated that I had no other fees to pay. He told me that is was company policy. I asked for a refund and Kyle stated that I couldn’t get a refund. When I asked why he stated that I just couldn’t get one. The company policy was never mentioned to me. I have all receipts and a long text chain to prove that this is a scam. I called to my bank and discussed the situation and they stated that I should have been paid first before the broker. I’ve been advised to contact the FBI and report as well.
