I sent the following email to the email address on my order for shoes:
"I need information on returning my order. I purchased 2 pairs earlier and they helped my feet and legs. So I looked online and ordered 3 more pairs. The three I just received are not the same shoes. They are narrower, shorter, the straps aren't the same (barely fasten) and most important they don't have the same support which was why I purchased them." I included the order number my address and received nothing. I contacted Discover and PayPal and have not gotten any information. When I go to the link provided as "Visit Our Store" it says site unavailable and shows a picture of a store with the words Closed on it. I checked on Clarks Shoes and the information I got said they were often imitated by scammers. The shoes were listed as QVC-Clark Women's Orthopedic Diabetic Walking nurse shoes. I paid $101.97.

I bought a pair that were supposed to be Clarks Shoes for $50.80. They were really ugly and too big. I returned them two months ago, but never received a refund.

I ordered Clark shoes. When they were delivered, THEY did not fit and were not Clark shoes. The only markings on the shoe were "Fashion" in pink on the outside edge of the shoe. There was no paperwork included with the order regarding return. However the reference number on the packaging is YT2123221272158093. The return address on the package is:

I ordered the Clarks Women's Orthopedic Diabetic Walking shoe from a Facebook ad link using a Paypal guest account on 8/13/2021. The shoes arrived in a bubble wrap bag and were of poor quality. They were also too big and very uncomfortable - obviously a fake Clarks shoe. My initial reply from *[email protected]* was "Sorry again for the inconvenience. But all our shoes are genuine. As compensation, we can refund 10% of the price you paid for the shoes, please help confirm."

A second reply after I demanded a return with full credit or face a dispute thru Paypal was that returning would be too expensive for me and offered a 20% refund. After starting a dispute thru Paypal, I was offered a 50% refund which I am am still contesting for a full refund.
Please note: If you activate Return shipping help from Paypal, it is possible to get a $30 credit from Paypal for return shipping. It is also possible to mail shoes to China thru Chimpmail.com for about $35 - net cost for shipping $5.

Wish I had seen this earlier! I settled for a % for a refund. These people are scammers and making money off the good Clark name. They need to be stopped! Maybe Clark Shoes has the resources to shut them down or sue them out of business for copyright infringement.

I also saw their ad online on Instagram. Said their shoes were Clarks Women's Orthopedic Diabetic Walking shoes. I ordered them on Aug.18th and when they never came I complained to PayPal on Sept. 6th. They opened my claim & contacted the seller & the shoes arrived on Sept. 14th. The smell of strong glue struck me first. The soles were hard plastic, no labels, cheaply made, & extremely hard, loose straps on back & very uncomfortable. I could never wear them. I contacted
service @zoosmom.com immediately to get the address to where I could send the shoes for a refund. Anna sent me an e-mail saying it would be inconvenient for me to send back for a refund, did not give me an address, & said she paid for shipping (she didn't, I did) and said it would cost hundreds to ship back. I said I wanted the address & would pay for shipping but wanted my full refund of $49.86. I told her why would I want to keep shoes I could not wear. On the 15th she said as much as she could offer me was 30%. The online store which said customers would have 14 days from the time they received them to get a refund; but would need to go e-mail [email protected] for the address to return them to. That online store has since been taken down. I am trying to work with PayPal so no one else gets scammed; but they have closed my case because they saw a tracking no. that indicated I had received them and closed my case before I could tell them the shoes were cheap junk and they would not let me return them for a refund. PayPal had said my case would be decided by the 19th so I am surprised they closed it before talking to me. So I am out $50 and will no longer buy anything on Instagram or from any other online company that I am not familiar with. PayPal should not be helping these scam companies to rip off its customers.

There was an ad on instagram that said QVC Clarks diabetic nurses shoes. On sale 50% off. I needed some white shoes for work so I ordered them on Aug11,2021. I have shopped with QVC before and thought that it was legit. When I went back to the ad the shop had been closed. Then the shoes never came for over 1 month, so I emailed them at [email protected]. They said they were on their way. I received them today Sept 13 in the mail. No box just in bubble pouch. No size or Clarks label inside, very cheap no padding. Hard sole not for diabetic. Velcro doesn’t even work. NOT CLARKS SHOES FROM QVC. I paid $50 for junk. Im so mad.
