In the middle of March I saw an ad for a Nurses tote bag online for $12.99 after taxes was $19.98. So I went ahead and purchased it for my sister. I received the confirmation email from this business right after purchasing the bag and shortly after received the tracking number. I knew that it was likely that it would take a few weeks to get here with it being customizable. After a couple weeks of the purchase, with no email from business, no update; I sent an email giving a brief summary of my experience and asked if there was any update. At this point the tracking stopped and was not giving any updates. To this day, there has been no response to that email. I also tried calling them multiple times but it always went to voicemail. A few more weeks later, I sent a similar email asking for any updates and asking if something went wrong or if they were on back orders, at this point it was middle of April. Every other day, I checked my email for updates and I checked the tracker, no updates. A month goes by, no update and so I sent a third email asking what is going on and asking where my shipment was. No response. Three months have gone by as of June 12th. I had attempted to contact them through their

website but it’s been down for a few days to a week.  No update. No email from them. No product. No nothing. I am very reasonable but this is not okay.
