I was offered to interview for a position paying $90k. I went through the interview via skype and was sent an offer letter 2 days later. From May 19-22 I filled out all the new-hire paperwork one would normally complete: I-9, W-4, copy of DL and SS card, direct deposit authorization, benefits enrollment, signed the company policy and employee handbook. I was supposed to start training on May 30 at 10am and have not heard from the "HR Manager" since May 26, informing me that since Monday was Memorial Day, I was to start on the 30th. I am concerned that they have all the information they need to steal my identity. Before handing over all of the above documents I checked Google for scams from that company, nothing came up.
