This person is a using a website to pose as an online store with products to sell and a shopping cart. You select items, put them in your cart and check out. They collect your payment, send you an email, and then you never hear from them again. You are sent to a fake order tracking page that says "order processing". The status never changes from order processing. The money is removed from your account immediately after check out, which in itself is odd because any other online business will wait until the product has shipped before charging your account, in case there is a problem with the order. I tried contacting them several times, with no reply. After a couple weeks the website was no longer available online. I now see that the web site is back up again and I am concerned that they will be scamming other people.

I wanted to buy a backpack online, specifically the north face women's vault backpack. I looked up websites selling this specific backpack, and I found Kuleshop's website. I bought the backpack for $40.60 on Sep 2 and Kuleshop sent me an email confirmation saying they had received my payment. However, they never sent me the tracking information for the bag, and they haven't responded to any of my emails. My credit card company told me to file a complaint to warn others not to use this website as it scams customers.
