I can’t get anyone from customer support to answer why they are saying delivery and I haven’t received my package

Kulavo is pushing shoes for sale all over social sites. I purchased them for $49.99 on their website and later disovered them all over other site for half the price (ie Amazon). The shoes are incorrectly described on the site (terrible plastic crap)and all the reviews are fake. No hyperlinks at all on the website. There is no option to leave your own review to warn others and there is no phone number or email that is responded to. There is a 30 day money back guarantee offered. You must email for a return label. No one responds to this email. The 1st email was sent the same day item was received and then again every couple days thereafter. Nothing.
