I was referred to a phone number of someone who could help me renovate my kitchen. He came to my home and we discussed the work I wanted done. I paid for the materials up front ($2,069) I received a receipt and a contract was typed up on January 20, 2022. He came out on a later date and remove the tile from my countertop. He had another man come out and measure for the counter top the following weekend. He came out later telling me that the counter was ready to install. We didn't hear from him and my daughter contacted him and he told her that he was positive for Covid. He did not answer our calls so I contacted him through What"s App. We made a couple of appointments for him to come out, but he never came out. He is no longer corresponding with me through What"t App. I went to the address on the contract and it is a house that is for sale. It is now May 23, 2022 and the only work that has been complete is the tiles were removed from my counter.
