I've had an identical experience. Ordered 2 of the hydro mousse in May and 2 months later received the 2 small bottles of seed cover. No spray bottles. When I queried it they told me it had been delivered, then offered to send more for extra postage. When I raised a dispute with Paypal I got 5 emails in a week from Sunlight/dreamxin.com asking me to withdraw and they would send more bottles, that it was on its way, they would send more for more postage and that it had been delivered. After 2 months Paypal denied my claim because they had provided a shipment tracking number...for the 2 small bottles. The tracking number doesn't work. Kttrra.com, Sunlight & dreamxin.com are all associated and poison.

I ordered the spray pot and green liquid grass spray from this company in May 2020. After three months they finally sent me the liquid only, without the spray pot that is used to distribute the liquid. I asked them to send the spray pot and they wanted me to pay an additional $10, even though I had already paid for the full product per the advertisement and as it was reflected on my receipt. To this day I am still going around and around with them on email trying to get the spray pot. But they’re refusing. I see now on Facebook that other people have experienced the same issue with their orders.

My 77 year old husband saw a pop ad when he was reading his email. He purchased an item from kttrra.com. We got a fake tracking number. The site is Powered by Shopify.
