I purchased a vehicle accessory on the website a few months ago and still have not received my product from this company. The Money was withdrawn from my bank account at the time of purchase. The product showed on the website as "In Stock" and was not showing as being on backorder. 1 month goes by and I never received a status update through email or by phone until I send an email requesting a status update. Then a few hours later my order status changes on they're website from "pending" to complete. Another month goes by and I reach out a second time via email and was told that my Order would be shipped via truck freight. Almost 3 months have passed and still no update and I wasn't given a VALID tracking number for my order so that I could track it. I've reached out 2 more times about 8 days ago now via email and am still waiting for a response.
