I ordered a pair of Airpods ($119) online: www.kt-estore.com. The Paypal name was Nguyen Hoang Phuong. My American Express was charged, but I never received item. I emailed the contact address, it was returned "Address not valid." I called the phone number for 3 days -- always a busy signal, day or night. I looked up the store physical address, it is an apartment complex. (Same for www.avo-stores.com, by the way.) Then, I found online reports about this website being a total scam. Now the Airpods are $199 online, so the guy is still stealing from people. How does one shut this fraud down?
