Apple air pods for $119 never arrived. Postal authorities advised that day after KT estore requested shipment, put in order to intercept package. Package returned toKT estore. All methods to contact KT estore unsuccessful. Kept my $119 and the air pods. Picture of girl with headphones ready to assist is not true. Phone company message states user busy always. Email returned due to invalid email address. Address on Zillow shows a 2 bedroom, 2 bath residential home/neighborhood I Elgin Illinois last sold in 2005. I contacted website designer listed on KT estore website re fraudulent representations on website with no response.
