it's a streaming service for the amazon firestick tv i was paying 8$ a month. then all of a sudden on super bowl sunday there server went down there web site went down i call the number no answer they never get back to me i leave messages all week never nothing, i try to cancel my service the voice mail says have to go to web site to cancel service web site is down so i leave a voice mail to cancel my service then today i get an email thats an invoice letting me know my bill is due 2/16/2021. so i try calling again no answer leave voice mail saying please dont run my card for the next months service cuz i want to cancel. 2 hours later i get an email stated they tried to run my card on file and it didn't work mind they are tring to charge my card a day early. and they also had a box to uncheck on their web to not save credit card info and i always uncheck that box, nut for some reason they kept auto withdrawing the money of my card. so one month i checked that same box and guess what it stopped auto with drawing they were tricking people. please help they need to be stopped
