I seen an offer on Facebook which was to good to be true so I took the plunge as I will never have the money to by these ebikes on my wages so I thought this would be a nice Christmas for the family as we haven't had the best Christmases for a good few years now without breaking the bank or debiting myself up, but I guess it was to good to be true... I have a confirmation email with order number and they said if I wasn't happy within 30 days I could have a full refund no questions asked, I tried getting hold of them through the email and my emails just keep bouncing back to me. Is there anything I can do or am I going to be out of pocket... Any information/advice/help will be greatly appreciated thank you
