Refusing a refund for oil

I ordered a bottle of essential oils and got scammed. Paypal denied my dispute so I ask the company for a refund but they are refusing it. 73.00 dollars for two very small bottles of counterfeit oils. How can I get my money back?

I ordered a perfume called 'Ambien' supposedly made up of 'composed of white lotus, cardamom, myrrh, and olive oil' from the company. Instead, they sent me a bottle of Lotus oil. The irony is that I would never buy Lotus oil on its own as I don't like the scent. They offered me a 'discount' which I refused. They stated they would fully reimburse me if I returned the product, at my own cost, to Malaysia. The issue was brought up with PayPal with similar results except that this time the product was to be returned to China. The company showing up on the bill and package is 'Revolutize Media', but the transaction is showing up as 'Wikipedeal'. I submitted a dispute to the credit card company I purchased the product with - still awaiting the end results of that. I also filed a complaint with the FTC. I am now submitting a complaint with the BBB, and I will report it everywhere I can because I saw that multiple other individuals were duped. This has got to stop.
