I'm disabled I was promised a fake finance deal for parts to fix my son's old school before it was too late to do it for me I have one leg
and other medical conditions all recent nuthing to speak about i made my first payment of 980.00 and my first finance payment of 190.00 these guys only gave me a steering wheel and fake fedx tracking number for almost 1200.00 I waited for months looking for the parts to come i used my stimulus
money to do this

their yes I delt with peter also I used zelle so peter got to keep my money yet in still I was advised what to do I'm going to make one last effort what to do I was advised what to do by and attorney I'm to write and text peter and krypton auto and make my best effort letting him know what he is doing is against the law and for him to please honor his agreement and if not first I will report them with the Better Business Bureau on this matter I may do so anyway it's my right and a warning to others what they will deal with dealing with this company then I'll move on to speaking with the people at Yelp and getting these story's like mines and others and letting them know this is what they will get doing business with this supposed honest store that they conduct them self's like crooks and lonesharks that will kill someone
for the money that means so much to us but very little to them. ill have to find a few others and websites like Yelp to let people know what they will deal with dealing with this company and ware these story and thair customer satisfaction is known about to any one with their honest money they dont wont stolen so once I have made a honest effort through a text and certified letter proving I have tryed and letting them know the next step will be small claims court should be an easy win its pritty simple when u gave them your money for services but they

do your paperwork you have to only learn and prepair yourself on very little things their are video to show u how. free so if your reading hello peter if half the people do these thing you should loose out a lot if you dont come clean and honest from now on and make right on all our clams have a great day now people let's get our stuff in order it's easy

These guys are rip offs Ok this started out great and went left quick long story short they took me for 2250.00 ok I purchased some rims from the rep named peter for $530 they came and it was all good so I ordered 1720.00 worth of parts for my Gs 430 Lexus! I never seen not one of those parts neither have he sent a tracking number or invoice I should have known this was a scam.. So I dispute it with PayPal and guess who calls yes , peter saying he will not send any parts and I will not get no money back because I filed a dispute for the rims and I got them, so now I got his attention I questioned him about the other part which shroud have been delivered, so he goes on a rant about the dispute I filed so I keep asking him where are the other parts, and can I return these rims for a full refund he tells me ask PayPal how to return them he’s not talking to me about that huh! So I’m pass frustrated at this point because he’s not even entertaining my 1720.00 worth of other parts... But yes these Guys has to be stopped this is bad business! And a crime of some sort I’ve filed a police report also so hopefully they’ll get dealt with accordingly

I was looking for parts for my Gs 430 2006 I first ordered 4rims which came to 530$, the rims came 3 was correct one was a Infintiity rim, so I was like ok I called back and told the rep peter one rim was wrong so he said no worries keep that rim and I’ll send the other one so I said find, at this point I had trusted this guy because he said keep the rim and he will send the other ASAP! So as I wait I seen a exhaust system I needed and a set of head lights along with fog lights, and also I needed a front bumper so I added that also then I needed a driver side seat and a windshield so I told him can he get these parts he said yes no worries so I sent him 1220.00 500 zella then another 520 zella then 220 cash app, and to this day I still haven’t received the parts and that was around oct 6 2020, so I’ve reached out to peter several times all he can say you disputed the transaction so he’s not sending the other parts so at this point I’m frustrated with the waiting game so I wanted to return the rims and cut all business with this company! So with that being said I’m currently still in the process of filing police reports and disputes with my banks and cash app! But this company will pull you in then rob you blind they must be stopped!

On June 14th, I was searching for a 2003 Toyota highlander fender flares and came across Krypton auto parts on the internet. I called the number and someone answered stating his name was Alex. The phone number I called was 650-334-3122. Alex stated they have the parts I was looking for and the price was $163.71. Since they are not local, I sent Alex the picture of the parts needed. He then confirm by sending me a picture of the exact vehicle with the fender flares attached; stating they have them in stock. On June 23rd, he text me stating if I still need the parts. He sent me their Zelle account number and also an email address to send the payment to. I continued searching for other local vendors but could not locate the parts. On July 6th, I sent him a text inquiring if the part was still available, he confirmed stating the parts are still available. I made the payment and I asked Alex to send me the tracking number which he said he will. I waited for couple of hours, a day went by and then two, three; I gave him a call about the tracking number. He said he will send giving me excuses that he was busy. After pressuring him, he sends me a USPS tracking number which was fake. I have been tracking the said item for two months and it's nowhere to be found. This is bad business and I do not encourage anyone to use them. Thus far whenever they pick up the phone, I heard in the background kids playing and foreign voices. I have been calling for the past months; no one picks up my calls or reply to my texts. This is the worst company as they are their scamming people.

I was searching for an auto part the dealer no longer supports I found an online parts locator service and paid 4.99 their fee to do a quick search. I received several text messages letting me know they had the part I needed. So, I returned the first message calling Krypton Auto Parts, By the way I am a 43-year automotive journeyman master mechanic retired I understand parts and people. The owner Peter said he had a good unit and even sent me a picture of a VW Eurovan vin proving now he had the van. His price was 250.00 so I sent the money August 11, 2020 a day later I sent a message asking for a tracking number I was told it would be sent by end of the day, nothing was sent. The morning of August 13 I called asking for a tracking number I was told the part was shipped. Again, I asked for a tracking number and nothing so I called repeatedly, and a recorded message said due to many calls please leave a message or text and we will return your call as soon as possible. I continued for several days. On August 18 after sending an email I received a message sending tracking in a while, I was sent a tracking number, so i went to the shippers online entered the numbers only to find the number was generated thou never sent. So, I called for a few more days with no answers then the phone number was disconnected. At this point I have been had....
