It happened before once; however, April 14th 2021 i had over $100 worth of Etherium (ETH) and the Krokcoin website showed my withdrawal of the investment plus profit was completed yet never went to my wallet. The correct address for the ETH wallet on the website was used and zero response on chat or email everyday since. They don't respond, they don't answer, they disregard you completely. I also had over $2,000 worth of BTC that was also submitted for withdrawal a little over a week ago to a different wallet all together because i wanted to get away from Krokcoin. There has been no deposit into my wallet from my investment and profit from the withdrawal process. I have tried everything to contact them and even warned them i would seek the authorities and would potentially seek legal action. Please do not bother with Krokcoin, they entice you with handsome investment reward gains and for a minute there wasn't an issue but as of April they decided to not deliver what was rightfully mine and since then has completely ignored every attempt to contact them for resolve.
