Individual has listed an apartment for rent in downtown Los Angeles on apartment.com. I contacted them through the website and they contacted me back through the email address [email protected]. "Kristy Bennett" writes "I will appreciate if you would be able to get the security deposit transferred completed from any walmart store close to you via the western union/money gram and upon verification of payment and confirmation with my lawyer, we proceed immediately with the viewing". She is asking for $1,200 in deposit and claiming I will not be able to view the apartment unless I transfer the money.
