Similar situation for my parents.

They were old to pay $400 on zelle to hold Gemma. My mom couldn’t figure out the app. Payment would not go through either. So she called him again.
He got very mean and rude to her. She called me upset.
I searched the internet and feel krislight puppies is fraud.

I was searching the internet for Maltipoo puppies for sale and this site came up stating it was located in St. Peter, MN. When I clicked on the visit website I was taken to Kris Light Puppies. I then inquired about the puppy named Daphne by sending in a request and asking to communicate through email. The next morning I received a text message from phone number that was listed on the site stating the puppy was still available. I asked for more details and they said they were a licensed breeder registered with AKC. They also said she is ready to go and that I needed to book a time and make reservations for her with a deposit. They also stated the deposit was refundable and that I can make it through Zelle. The deposit was for $450.00USD. I had asked a few other questions and they were answered. They asked if I could send the deposit through Zelle and I had asked if I could pay on the website or when I got there to visit. It took me a bit but I was able to get the Zelle app figured out and they also sent me another contact person to send to since the first one was not working. That name and email was: Roman Stiffic [email protected]. They asked for a screenshot for verification and then said it was still pending and asked to cancel and send it again. Communication was still open after they received the money and I was also sent more pictures the next day. We had planned that I would go that afternoon to pick her up, but then he started getting pushy and wanted the rest of the money in order to finish the paperwork before we got there. Since I said I wasn't comfortable with that and that I would pay the rest when I get there he said that I was slowing down there business and that it would take too long and that he would refund my money. Communication didn't stop there because he said that he was at work and would have to wait until he was at home before he would be able to send the refund. I kept asking if he was home yet and that he should be able to send it through his phone. That is about when the communication on his end stopped. I went to my Zelle app and was able to request payment, but have not received anything so I requested again a short time later and it said that contact is no longer available, so I sent to the other contact which was given to me by him. I have been able to request payment from them but of course have not received anything as of yet.
