I placed an order for a Phillips Hue Light Hub on Dec 9th 2018, a whole month passed with no update. I sent an email inquring about my order. Got a canned message that there was a shipping issue and I would get a refund. I responded I still wanted the product, reconfirmed my address, and they responded with the same canned message. I then tried to call the company and the phone # has been disconnected apparently for some time. I paid via Paypal and the paypal transaction doesn't even say the name of the company, it says 'Dang Van Hai' and the description is clothing when I ordered something electronic. Email is a gmail account '[email protected]'. Even the address is fake.
Product was never delivered, never got a refund, canned messages, phone# disconnected, similar issues reported by other customers on line. Site is a scam
