We paid this company application fees to lease one of their properties and we never heard back from them. I called the hotline number several time at and every now and then I would get someone named “Kay” that would only say that they are working on our paperwork. Even after reading all the negative comments I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The hotline number that they list is a joke! Someone may or may not answer. The two properties in our area which is a small town are only “ show” houses” that are just meant to collect application fees and are not meant to rent! Something should be done about companies like this! Times are to hard and money is to hard to come by for people to be pulling a scam like this! Please read the other reviews and reach out to other victims! They are making a killing off of people who are desperate to find housing!
