https://krazyklean.com/ is the website I went to. There are ads all over facebook. I have an email chain from them I would be happy to forward. But, to summarize, we placed an order on July 24th and we are getting the same runaround. We still haven't received it. And they're lying to us in an email. They told me that they couldn't issue a refund because it already shipped. But they just now sent tracking info and the UPS label only says that the label has been created. It hasn't shipped. Next step is filing a police report with North Miami police for fraud. I asked for a manager to talk to and they ignored it, said they issued me a $10 refund for my troubles. Which I have not received either.
