I came across Krasiva jewelry ad on Instagram, clicked on the ad and seen fashion jewelry and they offer a promotion buy 1 get the second 1 free. I ordered two customize necklaces on March 24, 2019. On the website it states allow 10 business day for your order to be process. I sent an email on April 9, 2019 to find out what is going on with my order. I got a response on April 11, 2019 stating the orders are backed up and that I will received my order by the end of the weekend. Now I am annoyed because I should not be reaching out to you about my order. I no longer want the necklaces because now it seem like a scam and they are not professional. I opened a case with PayPal with Krasiva jewelry and long story short Paypal favor my order and refunded me my money, Buyer Beware stay far away from this business.
