Scamm collision company approached me when I was on the freeway awaiting tow after a collision, November 2022. At my consent they towed & impounded my car for the evening. I realized they were fraudulent & requested my car be released that evening- they refused to release my car for made-up administrative reasons “The system is not open on the weekends”, despite having been able to take my car in on a weekend (Friday after 5 pm).

On Monday they charged me $3622 for a weekend impound & tow service. They are clearly running an insurance scam & when I wanted my car removed forced me to pay an exorbitant amount to intimidate me & slow my ability to seek proper repairs elsewhere.
