Prior to making my purchase I contacted Kraftgun/Golovan to see if they were still operable and selling massage guns due to COVID. Abby, reassured me that the company was still functional but was experiencing delays in shipping due to COVID. I purchased a massage gun April 15th 2020 from Kraftgun with the understanding that it would take 6-8 weeks before I received my gun. In June I started sending emails asking about shipping and I heard nothing back. Then in July, Kraftgun had a media blitz stating an new an improved version of the gun was going to be released and that in good conscious the company could not continue to distribute an inferior product. They wanted all customers to receive the best possible product so I got a free upgrade. However, the technology upgrades to the gun would require another 2 month wait. At this time I started to question whether or not I wanted to keep the order. I didn't ask for the upgrade, I wanted the model I paid for. Abby, offered to refund me 15% of what I paid and reassured me that I would be moved to the top of the list when guns started to be shipped. I never accepted this offer, I didn't respond to the email. Instead, I went to the Kraftgun website and contacted people through the live chat option. These people (bots possibly), were useless. When I explained my problem, all I could get is "I'm gonna elevate this higher. I don't have access to billing, I only do customer support." The customer support they do is only for people looking to purchase from them. That's when I noticed they have no direct contact info. If you want to cancel your order prior to arrival, you could only do it through the email system on the website. After months of back forth about my order I told Abby that I wanted to cancel my order, she again offered me the 15% refund and to put me at the top of the list. At this time I entertained the offer and I responded with 8 questions I wanted answered, that addressed when I'd get the refund, how long was the warranty, what if the gun is missing parts, etc. All stuff that I had seen on this site and the Kraftgun facebook page, which is loaded with complaints. The next day I got an email from Jim where he abruptly canceled my order. This was in October, after they sent the email declaring October as the month when everyone waiting would get their orders. Since then I've been emailing wanting to know when am I getting my refund, since Jim didn't automatically give a refund when he cancelled my order. At first I was emailing weekly, then a couple of times a month, and now I'm sporadic in letting these thieves know I haven't forgotten them. I've contacted the Attorney General for Florida and filed a complaint. I've contacted the FTC and filed a complaint. Both a acknowledged something suspect is happening but only advise to file a class action suit, which they can't help me with. In my most recent email exchanges, Chris Duncan, the customer support manager, has continued to propagate the lie that my refund is coming soon, they need a couple of weeks, and they appreciate my patience. I've asked for direct emails and a phone number, but I've gotten nothing. At first I was calm and avoided disparaging remarks since everyone was suffering because of COVID, at least that's what I thought. Apparently, Kraftgun hired a bunch of customer service people to answer questions, yet no one is getting real answers. Just more of the same lies, I mean promises of refunds, delivery of product, and in some cases no response at all. The most aggravating part of this whole experience is that Krafgun is very upfront about their deceit. On their website and in their propaganda emails, they admit that customers have every right to be angry or call what they're doing a scam. Then they flip it as a matter of putting out the highest quality product or try to garner sympathy because of COVID, which is crazy when an overwhelming number of people haven't gotten their products or have received defective guns. This is a scam and there's a good chance I lost my money. Reading the complaints on the ScamPulse.com site and Facebook shows in large, they're not fulfilling complaints about orders, refunds, returns, or defections with the product. This whole operation reeks of a Ponzi scheme.

I had ordered the businesses KRAFTGUN Force with charging dock and extended warranty on 7/20/20, order #49039. The dock delivered but no product. I had ordered the businesses KRAFTGUN Force with charging dock and extended warranty on 7/20/20, order #49039. The dock delivered but no product. They auto withdrew 3 monthly payments and did not complete the 4th withdrawal. They tried to pin the fault on me, that I didn't pay the 4th payment, when it was supposed to automatically happen. I have documentation from online complaints on their website, as well as Facebook. The invoices show GOLOVAN LTD. as the company that sends the invoices. They use ThriveCart to process the online orders.
