I tried to get into contact with the company multiple times about an order I placed back in may, I asked them when my order would be shipped out and they have not responded. It’s been 4 months now and every time I try to get into contact with someone I get no response. They sell kpop merchandise and albums (as well as preorders for albums) the money has been taken out of my account but they will not refund me or respond to my messages.
