I was looking to purchase a bar stool , and saw a stool advertising on Kozzbys website for 12.99 with no shipping fee . I went ahead and order the chair and paid with my Visa. I then received a confirmation email which told me the product will take 10 business days to arrive. I waited for 3 weeks and did not receive my order . I went back to check my order status but could not access their website as it was not available. I couldn't find their site anywhere, it just simply vanished !! There were no phone numbers or company's address to reach out to . I check my Visa card and the company that took my money went by " DOMAZSHO .COM " , it also charged me an extra 26 cents for " International transaction fees " . I had to call my credit card company to dispute the purchase and block my card .

I searched for a toddler playpen, and kozzbys was the first to pop up on Google. I figured it was legit. It's been about a month and no updates. I go to website and the website is gone and noone answers the emails. And it still shows "getting order ready to ship" on the original email.
