On May 6th 2020 I ordered a pair of Washington Redskins sneakers. It's now Nov and I have not received any thing. I keep trying to email the company and the address cannot be found. What a scam this place is.

I purchased 2 pairs shoes on June 23 for $ 95.93. I sent emails asking for a refund on the shoes because one was the wrong size and it had been to long and I wanted my money back

This is the biggest scam! They are the worst! On May 13, 2020, I ordered Pittsburgh Steelers Custom shoes from Kosupures. I received acknowledgment of the purchase and an order number. The receipt said that my order was on hold until payment was confirmed. I received no other information (confirmation, tracking, etc) from Kosupures to let me know my order had been shipped.. On May 29th, I sent a message to Kosupures informing them that I had not received a tracking number or any word that my product was being shipped and to give me an estimate on when I could expect my product. This guy, Nguyen Thanh Tuan, replied on May 30, letting me know that my order was being "processed" and shipping was delayed. On June 5th, I sent another email asking for an ETA on my product. I received no answer. On June 24th, I sent another email and received no reply. On July 6th, I disputed this charge and they sent Paypal a phony UPS tracking number showing the product was delivered on May 18th to some person with the last name that wasn't mine (it was never delivered).
There is no way that custom made shoes can be made and delivered within that short time frame and ESPECIALLY in a pandemic, PLUS, why didn't they tell me that on May 30th when they wrote back saying there was shipping delays. To add to the frustration, it STILL shows on their website, when I checked on my order, that my product is ON HOLD! I can't believe this company is still in business. They are HUGE SCAMMERS!

I ordered 2 shirts and paid $91.72 on May 14. I still have not received my shirts. I’ve emailed them only to receive an about response. I’ve emailed them two more times and no response. I am filing a claim with PayPal bc this is bull[censored]. Do NOT order from this company!

Liar's SCAM I've ordered a pair of black Yeezy stranger things tennis shoes for my grandson paid 84.97 for them that included shipping and handling never saw this product they said they had delivered it gave me a false UPS tracking number I hunted it down my son works for UPS. Then LIAR'S said it would be delivered in a few days it was delayed due to the pandemic things were slow and they said just a few more days it's been 45 days these thief's have no intention of shipping anything just taking money I get email saying it's on its way it's not on its way it was never on its way and then I see other reviews where the exact same thing happened to other people as it did me. I REFUSE to let them get away with stealing my money that's not going to happen!

I ordered two pair of Lambo sneakers from them on May 1st. I paid extra for faster shipping. I emailed them about 12 times. They only responded ONCE, on May 26th saying I will have my order next week. That was almost a month ago! STILL NO ORDER!

This website “sells” nfl merchandise for certain fans. I purchased shoes and even bought the expedited shipping. The item didn’t ship in the expectancy time frame and I emailed them five times only to receive the same email back each time. This place is a scam.
