On 11/28/22 it shipped
On 12/14/22 I received it but was out of town and didn't get to open it until 12/19/22.
On 12/19/22 I emailed them letting them know the order was completed incorrect. The company email address in the confirmed order email was used, and it bounced back. I ordered from "Kolily" and the email address they provided to use for questions was [email protected]. Upon further digging online, I found another email... [email protected]
-I was supposed to receive the tshirt in dark grey size small. Instead i got a tshirt in beige size small. Wrong color
-I was also supposed to receive the sweatshirt in beige in size small. Instead i received it in a size Large. Wrong size
On 12/20/22 the "@korily" address responded asking for me to send pictures.
On 12/21/22, I sent the pictures
On 12/29/22 I still hadn't heard back and followed up.
On 1/3/23 I followed up again via email
On 1/9/23 I followed up again via email
On 1/17/23 I messaged them on Facebook. Followed the link on their website (https://www.korily.com/), and it led to a Facebook page that has a completely different business name.
