Kore 2.0 smartwatch. Purchased this online through facebook. It arrived but wrist band did not fit properly. Contacted KoreHealth asking for information and address on how to return it. Had 25 corresponding emails with the company. Was never given the informaton to be able to return it. They kept sending me emails saying: because of the holidays, covid, they are shorthanded but will get back to me. Then found your account, relayed it to the relevant department. Then asking if I needed anymore assistance. I kept answering that I need assistance, the address on where to return it. Never recieved the information, then got a message account was closed.
