Definitely a Rip-off joint

I ordered a rowing machine with this company on 20 Nov 2023, and received the order acknowledgment email that same day. They billed my credit card under some shaky name "Moon Laser" which gave me concerns. However, when I tried reaching out to them using the contacts listed on their website, the phone number would not go through, with the system saying that it was not possible to connect. Their online chat system gave me no response after I paged them during their listed business hours. Googling kopleen.com gave me numerous hits with people complaining about how their orders weren't completed, and how the company claimed to have sent stuff that was never received. The shipping info that was sent to the other victims was also obviously not even correlated the actual item ordered, since the shipping weight of the "shipped" item was not being even close to a correct weight.

Their listed phone number comes up as being in Pembroke Pines, FL, but the parent company shows as being in the United Kingdom

Kopleen.com is a scam. Ordered an item on 11/11/2023 and was never shipped. Contacted them to find out the status and never recieved a response. After going online and checking the order status, it was deleted from the wesite. Save yourself the trouble of filling a dispute with your CC, you will never get your item.

Scam Business

This is a scam website! Avoid!
I ordered a large item (wooden playhouse). They produced a Fedex tracking number. Fedex said it was delivered but it did not come to my house. It went to another location in my city. Further inspection of the Fedex invoice showed the item actually sent was less than 25 pounds - the real item would have been 125 pounds. So they send a fake item to the wrong address to string you along. They will not respond to email or their support chat. If you want to verify they are a scam for yourself, try calling their phone number on the website - it's a dead line. If you have ordered from them, initiate your dispute with your credit card company right now. And consider getting a new card because these thieves now have your info. Also, google "shopify scams" to learn more about these fake stores.

Purchased item from website. Received tracking information for an item nowhere near the weight of what i ordered. Package says delivered but nothing has been received. Contacted company multiple times with no response. Company says they are US based but transcation on card was labeled as Facebook Martkeplace Bristol GBR.
