I got an email invoice for a $500 purchase I didn't make. When I called the number to cancel, they insisted I ordered the software but I didn't. Then they told me the only way to cancel was to allow access to my computer to remove the software, which was apparently downloaded without my knowledge or permission. I refused. I also called my bank and the payment hasn't posted but they can't do anything until it does. This is McAfee Lifelock software. This company needs looking into.
