Unless you are comatose DO NOT ORDER A THING ! FROM THIS SCAM OF AN ILLIGITIMATE COMPANY, PAYPAL, AMAZON AND EVERY OTHER COMPANY SHOULD DISTANCE THEMSELVES FROM THIS DISPICABLE DEN OF THIEVES. I WILL CONTINUE WITH THESE REMARKS UNTIL MY ISSUE IS RESOLVED.

I ordered a pair of boots last summer, result: the leather was of the lowest quality, extremely uncomfortable impossible to wear, the company is the most ignorant and despicable, not to mention fraudulent companies I have ever experienced. I was expected to return the purchase to China when the item was shipped from California.
PayPal, Amazon should take heed and disassociate themselves with this sham of a company. So much for Chinese/U.S relations. Shame on me for supporting the Chinese economy. From here on no more Chinese made products. Once again, to possible future buyers, STEER CLEAR OF THIS SCAMMING COMPANY, IT WOULD FURTHER BE TO THEIR ADVANTAGE TO TAKE A LETTER WRITING COURSE THE DICTION AND SPELLING IS ATROCIOUS

Buyer be very Aware! This company should be taken off the Internet! They advertise good quality boots, but they were of the poorest quality, unappealing and terribly defective. They are worthless! The company is from China and expected me to send them to their warehouse which would cost more than the cost of the boots for a refund. I never got any money back and the boots are ugly and unwearable. Do not be fooled by them!

I am so sad there are companies like this one. Not only did it take forever to get my shoes, but they were junk when I got them. They were NOT leather...just cheap plastic. The company said they would return my money but it would be very costly for me to ship them back. I NEVER would have bought them if I had known it was coming from China. Don't buy from this company! Facebook, what are you thinking? you give other people warnings about what they post but you let a scam company like this one get our American dollars. I wish I had researched this company before I bought my shoes.

My experience with the boots I thought I bought vs the cheap pair of crappy ones I received. I too had to send a picture and they said I could exchange them - based off what others are saying and the haggle and more expense (which with a reputable company wouldn’t have more expense),
I am going to donate them. PLEASE NO ONE SHOULD BUY FROM THIS SHODDY COMPANY - YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!

My experience mirrors the above experiences. The boots were too big, unreturnable, and very cheap looking. I have never had difficulty returning shoes that don't fit or that don't, in real life, look anything like the picture. Even though I sent pictures as requested, showing that the boots were brand new and never worn, they refused to return them. Please avoid this company like the plague!

I looked at reviews for these beautiful leather boots. Supposedly they were lined in fleece and warm, they were 100% leather. They were originally $190 reduced to $69. I checked to see where they were sent from and the website said Kansas City. I thought I had done my due diligence. The webpage Luxsavin said they had 100% satisfaction guaranteed or I could return. I assumed that meant if they did not fit or I did not like them.
What I received was plastic, glued in thin maybe fleece lining, uneven white stitching. One of the ugliest pair of boots I have ever seen. On top of it all they did not fit. They are too small even though I got 1/2 size larger. They say shipping is in 7 to 15 days but it took months for the shoes to arrive. When I tried to trace the package with the links they sent, the page was not excusable. it would just come up blank. I contacted the company and they told me I could exchange them for any of their products. The link took me to a site that looked like inventory for a dollar store. I received these instructions for my return. I decided to throw them away and appeal to my credit card company but do not think I will get anything back. Live and learn.

As above, I received my wonderful "leather boots"...NOT...cheap vinyl and no support in foot, carboard at best. Obviously these came over from a boat from China. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Their website says 100% guarantee, baloney! All of their reviews are fake! They tell me if I want to ship them back to China, and they aren't damaged or even arrive, then they will refund me...NOT! Only sad that I didn't check them out to find this warning! DO NOT buy anything advertised on FB, as they won't do anything against fraudsters like this, only take our free speech away!

SCAM...do NOT purchase these shoes. I have never seen a pair of shoes so cheaply made. They were $190.80 Sale price $69.98. Maybe worth $10, not sure that much. They are not leather as stated...there are no tags or printing of any kind on the shoe. There is a paper tag for the size stuck on the outer heal. They look cheap with white stichting on black shoes. Such a hoax and I am so embarrassed I did not research prior to purchasing. A Huge lesson learned.

My experience mirrors the above complaints. Ordered amazing looking leather boots originally around $120 for around $70. Ordered them at the end of September and did not receive them until November 2nd. Cannot even open the plastic bag because of the horrid spray paint smell inside it. Size is wrong. Color is wrong. Material is wrong. I am sure this is a intercept scam.

I splurged and ordered a pair of cute boots from Luxsavin. I neglected to check them out with the BBB, so I take partial credit. The cute boots that they show in the picture are nothing like what arrived at my door step. The product I received is so cheaply made that they would not even show up at a dollar store. The sewing is sloppy and there are actual kinks in the front material. From reading these reviews, I can see that I am most likely screwed. When I looked the company up originally, they had tons of 5 star reviews. I see now that they are all on their site and look to be fake reviews. I want to get the word out that this company is a scam. I am including a picture of the promised boots and two pictures of the actual boots.

I purchased some boots from a company I thought was located in the USA. I have not received the items nor can I get their customer service rep to give me any information. They say the items have been shipped but the tracking number (92055902485319000059424895) says a label was created but it is not in the USPS system. I believe this is a scam and have contacted PayPal to file a complaint and ask for my money back.

An online purchase was made for 2 pair of shoes in the amount $112.60 on 7/28/20. The shoes did not fit and several attempts were made to the company to return merchandise for a refund. Product page on the website indicates "100% satisfaction guaranteed with every order" and "If for ANY reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an iron-clad money back guarantee." First email response from company said that they only accept a return for refund in case the item is defective, wrong size or wrong color. When I reminded them of their online product guarantee and money back guarantee claims, they followed up with a second email. This email stated that the return shipping is very high because they had to be returned to China, plus the return time is very long and cannot guarantee the product won't be lost or damaged and with the coronavirus outbreak, the return would be quite risky, therefore they were willing to offer 25% refund ($28.15). I should note this is a Singapore based company (according to their website) and the product was shipped to me from Houston, TX, so there was no reason it needed to be returned to China. I let them know I was aware they were falsifying information and that the product, in fact, shipped from Houston. I also reminded them again of their online claims of 100% Satisfaction and Money Back Guarantee. I told them this would be my final request to have them fulfill their claims before I took action to report their fraudulent business practices. They quit responding to my emails and have not attempted to refund my purchase. The company is operating under multiple names and complaints can be found on several sources on the internet.

Konanaza is a deceptive seller. They show satisfaction guaranteed on their website selling leather boots. I paid $67. and received a cheap pair of plastic boots that aren’t worth wearing. There isn’t a tag inside either stating the boots are man made which breaks import laws. They refuse to refund my money offering $17. Refund using the remainder as a charge for returning the boots to China. They state that they will only refund some money if they receive the boots back in China and it is likely they will get lost anyway. So, they basically are saying they won’t receive the boots back and therefore they won’t have to refund my $67.! I noticed lately they added to a description of their boots, buried deeply, the material is “leather like because they do not want to harm animals.” They also sold under the company Luxsavin which used to be a reputable company. Beware!

Same experience as most of the above. Ordered pair of sandals from this company from Facebook ad (my own fault), and what I got was a cheaply made pair of sandals that were too small. Sent an email within minutes of receiving them, and was told to send a photo. Then the run around started: they are fine, we sent you the stated size, we can only refund money if they are defective. More emails back and forth, telling me to return them to China and they will send me another pair of my choice as a replacement. But they didn't really explain how to do this. I had read, too late, that others had this same experience and some did not receive either their money back or a replacement pair. Worked with my credit card company (who are marvelous) but they said it was a legitimate purchase for which I received merchandise. They said I could pursue it further, but it all seemed like a dead end either way, and was creating a lot of stress for me. So I chalk it up to my own stupidity. In my last correspondence with Konanza, I said I now knew they were a SCAM and.would never recommend their company to anyone. Never heard back after that.

My totally negative experience with Konanza LLC, Luxsavin, and/or as it appeared on my PayPal account Pham THi Nhanh was very much the same as outlined by Denise C on 9/10/20 and several of the other reports. My purchase was made on August 17, 2020. I do not recommend dealing with this company. BethR

This company is a total scam. I saw what appeared to be a beautiful pair of shoes on a Facebook ad from Konanza. I paid almost $70.00 for a pair of shoes that look like they came from Walmart. They look nothing like the pair pictured. As soon as I opened the package I sent off an email asking to return them. I received an email back saying they“would love to help me, but they need a bit of information “, then we could move to the next step. They asked me to send a picture of the shoes along with the size, which I did.
I then received another email saying because they were the correct size and there was nothing defective that they will not accept the shoes back. I asked that they reconsider and do the right thing by allowing me to return them since I would never wear these cheap shoes. They got less nice in their reply and said NO. I’m sure because they know that their products are a bunch of junk and they would always get returns when people see they have been taken.
THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY!
I should have checked this company out before I ordered from them. I would have seen all the other bad reviews from people that were scammed just like myself.
I wish Facebook would not let them advertise any longer.
