I requested a refund for the clothes that are on back order and they refused to refund my $74. I keep emailing them and using their ticketing system. They said it will take 7 business day to show in my bank account. It is now 10 days and no sign of refund. Emailed them again and asking when they refunded me but I have no receipt of them doing so. They stole my money! I also have other emails with them refusing to cancel my order and keep the money.
