I had ordered an item online on Apr 30th, was told initially on the site 5-8 days for delivery, than my item sat in "Production" for days until the 19th, than it got put into transit where its sat in some place in China.

At first the delivery date was supposed to be 5-8 days, than it turned to 13-15, which its well past 15 days.

I contacted the customer support for this site. They are offering only 10% to compensate me.

While looking online to see the reviews, i noticed that they do a lot of this to other customers, or the customer has to wait forever or not hear from the company while waiting for their refund.

Why is this business allowed to continue if they keep doing this to their customers. There's no contact info on their website.

I saw an ad on Facebook and placed an order for a personalized gift for Mother's Day. I paid extra for expedited shipping. I have not received an order, the website still says "in production". I have not received a reply to my email inquiry and there is no phone number listed.

I purchased a star map that shows names, dates, and location. I was told I would get a tracking number but it never came. So I emailed them saying “I put my order in Jan 27 2025 and have not received anything”. They emailed me saying how sorry they were and that they would be sending it out right away. Maybe 2 weeks later I emailed them again saying “ how long I’ve waited and I just want a refund”. They again apologized and said they are contacting the wear house and will send it out immediately. I already knew I got scammed after about 2 weeks went by with no tracking information.

Ordered a sweatshirt online over 2 months ago. Have sent questions in the contact us box and receive false tracking number stating the package was delivered 2 years ago when I had only ordered it 2 months ago. No help is being made and now I see many people have been scammed by this company.

This company misrepresents their products, as well as where and who the consumer is purchasing from. They advertise receipt of custom items within 15 days. However, they do not inform customers that items are manufactured and shipped from China. I made a purchase on 12/6/2024, and did not receive the item until 1/8/2025. The company did not inform me of any delays. I had some back and forth with their customer service people that were clearly based in China. They offered a 10% refund, but when I stated that would be insufficient, and that I would like to cancel the order, they stopped responding to my emails. They also advertised custom gift wrapping for $7.99. When the item finally arrived, it was of extremely low quality. In addition, the item was not gift wrapped, but what was included was a clearly used and torn-up gift bag. I emailed the company again to initiate a return, but they have still not returned my emails. This is a fraudulent company that is overcharging for garbage items.

Currently numerous customers on their sites complaining about not receiving orders. Or receiving wrong orders and not getting refunds. Can’t contact company. No response if you try. They will take your money and you most likely never get your product and if you do I’ve heard it’s either wrong or terrible quality. Not a single satisfied customer. Clearly a scam and ripping people off. Currently trying to dispute the charge.

Purchased a customized sign on December 12th, 2024 with 3-4 day delivery upcharge of approximately $20. Contacted Kollia.com service support on December 18th to inquire about my purchase as this was intended as a Christmas gift. Kollia support relied to my inquiry and informed me they are expediting my order as it got "lost". I requested a cancellation when I realized that my order had been lost and this item would not arrive before Christmas as originally intended, even with the upcharge for shipping. Kollia support refuses to cancel my order after multiple requests, they still have not started production on my order and are now informing me that I must pay for cancellation due for inconvenience. Either way they collect my money and choose when to (if ever) start production on my order. The website does not display a phone number or mailing address and unable to find any information online regarding Kollia's location.

I placed an order for a customized sweatshirt as a gift. The latest promise date was 12/21/24, which was the reason I went with this company over a different seller on Etsy, as it was for Christmas. I never received any kind of confirmation email, so I emailed their customer service inquiring. I never got a response. I waited a few more days and sent another inquiry, no response again. I sent a third email threatening to dispute the charge and that prompted them to return my email. I’ve went back and forth with “Ivy” in customer service about 5 times requesting they refund me and they just keep telling me that the order is in emergent production & give them more time. It is not 2 days past the latest delivery date & they have not even created the product nor will they cancel/refund me.

Purchased a lamp from this seller for $152.05. They do not require an account to be made prior to making a purchase. As such, once you have registered account, you will have no way to track your order. The "track order" link in the email invoice leads to the account dashboard, which has no orders listed because no account was created prior for the order to be linked to.

They advertise 5-8 day shipping post processing. It was purchased on the 6th of December and it is now the 20th. There have been no updates other than the initial invoice. The seller has not returned my emails other than with automated bot responses which do not address my issue, but I am attempting to obtain a full refund.

Further research online will show a large number of other people which have the same experiences with this company. My best advice is simply not to purchase any products from this company.

I ordered a lamp for my children from the kollia.com website. I never heard back from them for weeks until a plastic bag showed up in the mail. The lamp was nothing like it was described online. It was significantly smaller, was missing a base that was clearly in the pictures online and appeared to be one piece, and it was shipped in nothing more than a plastic bag so the lamp was severally damaged and the USB cord was so smashed that it wouldn't even fit in the lamp so I can't even determine if the lamp works or not. I contacted the company numerous times and despite their refund policy online, all they ever offered me was a 30% refund and I could keep the broken lamp. I have asked numerous times for a refund and at this point have given up ever getting a dime back from them.
