What I received was music printed on the back wood of the frame, not leather. Also even though it was titled correctly, the music, lyrics and copyright date were completely incorrect.
The company's policy states that they will refund for defective/incorrect products.
So far, they've offered me 20% back, which I refused. They've now offered to remake the product, but I also refuse 6. I just want my money back.
In researching this company (unfortunately after my purchase), I see that they tend to do this often. I just want my refund.
At first the delivery date was supposed to be 5-8 days, than it turned to 13-15, which its well past 15 days.
I contacted the customer support for this site. They are offering only 10% to compensate me.
While looking online to see the reviews, i noticed that they do a lot of this to other customers, or the customer has to wait forever or not hear from the company while waiting for their refund.
Why is this business allowed to continue if they keep doing this to their customers. There's no contact info on their website.
Delivery
They advertise 5-8 day shipping post processing. It was purchased on the 6th of December and it is now the 20th. There have been no updates other than the initial invoice. The seller has not returned my emails other than with automated bot responses which do not address my issue, but I am attempting to obtain a full refund.
Further research online will show a large number of other people which have the same experiences with this company. My best advice is simply not to purchase any products from this company.
