Online website women's clothing said Kohls heart a USA company. Paid thru paypal. On paypal statement it says BLACKBOOM INTERNET tech out of china.After researching I found they have sold several women's beauty items that you never receive. I think PayPal should be partly responsible as well. Reason being according to www.pissedoffconsumer.com last several years that company has lured you in to buy and they take tour money but never send the merchandise and people have filed with PayPal to try to get their money back. Paypal should have some sort of a redflag to warn consumers before closing the transaction.
