I found a promotion on a Harry Potter themed Stanley tumbler on Instagram. I entered the website and made the purchase approximately December 3, 2023. I have an email thread spanning from the end of December 2023 to February 2024 of attempts to get my money back or obtain a phone number of a supervisor. Their "tracking" link send me to a page that states the item was delivered in December 2023 to my city. Nothing else. It "originated" from Shang Hi, China, according to the tracking log they provide on what I think may be a fraudulent tracking site.
