I made my purchase on July 24, 2023. They gave me confirmation with tracking number which I could not open I found a way to look up the tracking number they gave me and that information said the items were delivered to my mail box on August 7, 2023. The items I ordered were large and would not fit in a P.O. Box. I checked with our local post office and they told me the tracking number the merchant provided is not a good number and they could not use that number to identify a parcel. I have sent several emails to the contact they have listed requesting a refund but they have not responded.
