This online company offers merchandise for low price. Once you pay they claim it is delivered but it never is. Then they claim they cannot refund the shipping because another company handles the shipping. This has happened to me twice with companies under different names but ultimately ended up being the same company. When you email [email protected] they give you the run around offering percentages of the refund but will never give you 100%.
